I am a simple man, I don't need much
My thoughts broken, often out of clutch
Grown up in silence, words out of grasp
Searching to find things, left amid my past
Very new to poetry, I caught on pretty fast
Defining my horizons, hoping they would last
Much love laid around, lost souls left to find
Thriving on the sounds, memories did remind
Love is plentiful, there if I should ask
Problem is-there's nothing that I lack
Given what I need, sometimes what I want
I get by just fine, without a need to flaunt
A peaceful transition, happens in my mind
I've seen much fruition, in people-so sublime
My voice says-come hither, people left to save
Don't let my hope wither, or meet an early grave
